# Kitchen Tile Installation

Backsplashes, countertops, and floors that anchor the room.

The kitchen is where tile earns its keep. A backsplash sets the tone of the whole room, the floor takes the most traffic in the house, and every surface has to shrug off heat, water, and daily wear. Tile Arts Inc designs and installs kitchen tile that does all of that and still looks like the best decision you made in the remodel.

We help you choose materials that match how you actually cook and live: a forgiving porcelain floor, a glass or marble backsplash that catches the light, a honed stone counter. We handle the details that separate a clean install from a callback: layout that centers on the range and hood, crisp edges at outlets and windows, and grout lines that stay where we put them.

What’s Included

## Scope of the work.

### Kitchen flooring

Porcelain, ceramic, and stone floors prepped, leveled, and laid to handle the busiest room in the house.

### Layout & design

Material selection and layout planning so patterns center where they should and transitions to adjoining rooms read cleanly.

FAQ

## Frequently asked.

Should I use ceramic, porcelain, or glass for a kitchen backsplash?

All three work; the right pick depends on look and budget. Glass is bright and easy to wipe down; porcelain and ceramic offer the widest range of styles at a friendlier price; natural stone brings warmth but needs sealing. We’ll walk you through the trade-offs for your kitchen.

Can you tile over my existing backsplash or counter?

Sometimes. It depends on the substrate’s condition and the finished height you want. We assess what’s there and recommend whether to tile over it or remove it for the best long-term result.

How long does a kitchen backsplash take?

A typical backsplash is a couple of days including setting and grouting, plus cure time before sealing. Full kitchen floors and counters add to that. We give you a clear schedule before we start.

Do you help with material selection?

Yes. Choosing the material is half the project. We guide you through tile, stone, color, and layout so the finish suits both your design and how you use the space.
